Flagged is an automated compliance tool. It scans websites and generates draft policy documents using software and AI models. It is not a law firm, not a solicitor, and the documents it produces are not legal advice.

What Flagged is

• An automated scanner that looks at publicly-available pages on a website.
• A document generator that produces drafts of common compliance documents (Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Terms & Conditions, AI Disclosure).
• A starting point — designed to save you time, not to replace professional review.

What Flagged is not

• A solicitor, barrister, law firm or regulated legal-services provider.
• A guarantee that your website is, or will remain, legally compliant.
• A substitute for advice from a qualified professional in your jurisdiction.

No solicitor–client relationship

Using Flagged, reading its outputs or contacting us does not create a solicitor–client relationship between you and the operator of Flagged. Confidentiality, privilege and professional duties of care that apply between a solicitor and their client do not apply here.

No warranty of legal sufficiency

Documents are provided 'as is'. We make no representation or warranty that any generated document is complete, accurate, up to date, fit for any specific purpose, or sufficient to meet your obligations under UK, EU or other law. Compliance scores and gap reports are indicative signals only and do not represent a formal legal audit.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for reading, reviewing and adapting any document Flagged produces before you publish or rely on it. You are responsible for understanding which laws apply to you and for taking professional advice where you need it. If a generated document conflicts with advice from a qualified solicitor, follow the solicitor's advice.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither Flagged nor its operator accept liability for any loss, damage, claim, fine or regulatory action arising from your use of, or reliance on, the service or any document it produces. Our total liability to you in connection with the service is limited to the amount you have paid us in the three months immediately preceding the claim.

Nothing in this disclaimer limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, and for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. UK and EU consumer statutory rights are preserved.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the operator of Flagged from any claim brought against us by a third party arising out of, or connected with, your publication or use of a document generated by Flagged, except to the extent caused by our own gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
